Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Well also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc..),

PLEASE NOTEThis does not apply for an incorrect colour match. Our team aim to match your colour to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee this by looking at photos and listening to descriptions over the phone.

PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an exchange we will pay the shipping cost to return the exchanged product to you. However if you need to exchange more than once a flat fee of £5 will be requested and payment will have to be received before the item is re-shipped.

In the event that the goods are unsuitable, you may cancel them within 7 working days for an exchange or a refund. Return of unwanted goods is at our discretion. Returns will only be accepted if cancelled within 7 working days in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.

If you need to return an item, simply fill out the return form provided with the product and send back within 7 working days. Well notify you via e-mail of your refund once weve received and processed the returned item. Goods should be returned at your own cost, and in their original condition and packaging.

On receipt of the returned goods we will dispatch a replacement or provide a refund. You will be liable for any damage to the goods caused while in your possession. If we do not receive the returned goods within the 7 working day period you will be deemed to have accepted the goods.

If a customer repeatedly returns products, VIP HAIR have the right to investigate and ultimately stop supplying to the customer. Due to hygiene reasons worn items are simply not accepted for return.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Well notify you via e-mail of your refund once weve received and processed the returned item.
